Overview
Getting a permit and actually being prepared to carry are two different things. This course goes beyond the legal minimum to cover what carrying responsibly looks like day to day: how you carry, how you practice, and how you think about the decision to carry in the first place.

What to bring
- The attitude to learn, the ability to remain patient, and the willingness to follow instructions. Everything else is taught during the course.
- Eye and ear protection, minimum for any live-fire session
- The pistol and holster you intend to carry, loaners are not available for this course
- A strong side, Outside the waistband (OWB) holster is recommended for the live-fire portion, please no appendix or inside the waistband (IWB) holsters for the live-fire portion of this course.
- 100 rounds of ammunition for your own pistol
